1. How can I contact Tech Support?
You may contact our support 7 days a week by using our online trouble ticket system. To create a trouble ticket do the following:

- Click the "Support Center" link in the side menu
- Click the "Make a Ticket" link to send an email to our tech support department

2. What is a trouble ticket?
A trouble ticket is a request for support that is submitted through your Control Panel to our support team to pick up, assign and solve.
3. How do I make a trouble ticket?
To open a trouble ticket with our support department you will need to do the following:
- Log into your Control Panel at: http://simplenet.com/cplogin.html
- Click the "Support Center" link in the side menu.
- Select the "Make a Ticket" option.
- Fill out the form with as much information as possible regarding the problem you are having with your account.
- Click "Submit"
4. How do I change my contact information?
- Log into your Control Panel at: http://simplenet.com/cplogin.html
- Click the "Contact Info" icon in the quick access section of your Control Panel.
I get "Failed to add new resource over the hard credit" message when I'm trying to create a new resource, what does this mean?
This means you have reached your Credit Limit. For example, you've used all your money on your balance if you pay by check, or your credit card expired/was broken and failed to be charged. In this case you'll still be able to run your hosting account (with recurrent and extra usage payment accrued), but you won't be able to create any new resource (neither paid nor free).
5. How do I change my billing information?
- Log into your Control Panel at: http://simplenet.com/cplogin.html
- Click the "Billing" link in the side menu.
- Click the "Billing Profile" link.
You can also access your billing profile by clicking the "Billing" icon in the quick access section of your Control Panel.
6. Can I purchase additional disk space?
- Log into your Control Panel at: http://simplenet.com/cplogin.html
- Click the "Change" icon in the Quota section of the Control Panel.
7. What happens if I purchase additional products in the middle of the month?
Any additional resource purchases will be pro-rated accordingly. The charge will be calculated based on the date when the resource was purchase to the end of the billing cycle.
